PharmChek® Sweat Patch Products
PharmChem, Inc is the manufacturer of the PharmChek® Sweat Patch and the PharmChek® Overlay, which combine to form a continual testing device that cannot be easily adulterated, tampered, or substituted. Worn for 10 to 14 days, all evidence of drug use during the wear-period is captured in the cellulose pad and submitted to the laboratory for analysis.

Today, we join the other courts that have previously determined that sweat patch results are a generally reliable method of determining whether an offender has violated a condition of his or her probation. It is important to note that the Food and Drug Administration cleared the PharmChek sweat patch technology back in 1990. Today, the sweat patch is a widely used method for drug testing that is authorized by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
