Removal Materials

Before you remove the PharmChek® Sweat Patch, you should have the following materials:

  • Disposable gloves
  • Specimen bag
  • Single use tweezers
  • Donor’s chain of custody form (completed at application)
  • Transport bag
  • Laboratory mailing envelope
