Matthew Hartley

Originally from Bay City, Michigan, I now reside in the great state of Texas. With nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a deep commitment to providing exceptional support and technical expertise.

In 2001, I began my career in PharmChem’s Texas-based laboratory. Throughout the years, I have served in various roles, from customer service and sales to account management. In late 2021, I moved into a Senior Account Manager position. Today, I serve as the Technical Analyst at PharmChem, operating out of our Fort Worth office. My focus involves troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolving customer-related technical questions.

I am passionate about my work and its impact on combating drug abuse and supporting better client outcomes.
