Kerri Wagner

I began my professional career in 1992 as a police officer in the state of South Dakota. In 2004, I transferred over to the State as a parole agent for the Division of Parole Services, where I supervised male and female adult parolees released to the community on parole supervision. In 2006, I was appointed to oversee the division’s 24/7 Sobriety Program, where the PharmChek® Sweat Patch is an integral testing method.

In 2013, I was promoted to Senior Parole Agent as an Evidence-Based Practice Specialist for the division where my duties entailed advancing strategic, evidence-based programs to improve client outcomes and improve public safety. I maintained this role until I retired from law enforcement in 2015 and joined PharmChem full-time as President of the PharmChek® Sweat Patch Division. In 2021, I was appointed CEO of PharmChem, and in 2022 I moved into the role of Chief Revenue Officer, where I over see daily operations, sales, marketing and customer service.

I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from South Dakota State University, (1992) and pursued my post-graduate master’s coursework in Criminal Justice and Public Policy at the University of Cincinnati, (2013–2015).

My husband and I have three grown children and we live in South Dakota. I enjoy cooking, gardening, music, and traveling in my spare time.
